Amherst Chamber Toastmasters has been named a recipient of the 2025-2026 Toastmasters Phoenix Award, a recognition given to clubs that successfully rebuild membership and restore quality after periods of low numbers. The award is presented to clubs that begin the Toastmasters year with 12 or fewer members and grow their roster to charter strength of 20 or more. Reflecting the club’s ability to “rise from the ashes” of low membership, the Phoenix Award celebrates the creation of a strong, thriving community of speakers. Led by a dedicated leadership team and enthusiastic members, Amherst Chamber Toastmasters looks forward to continued membership growth and helping participants excel at public speaking.
