The August 2022 state and regional statistical infographics are now available to all subscribers for use on social media, newsletters, etc.

To download one of the graphics, find your specific region listed below, click the link and then right-click the image, choosing 'Save Image As,' and save the graphic to your phone or computer.

The infographics are also available on RMLSweb here: Toolkit > Forms & Documents > 1500-1699 Market Action and Statistics Menu > Regional Infographics or State Infographics. Then select the appropriate monthly folder.

RPR has updated their mobile app, now offering an exciting bunch of newly refined features, including:

• A refreshed interface
• Revised search filters
• Buyer tour
• And more!

If you already have the RPR Mobile app, you'll need to update to the newest version on either Google Play or the Apple App store.

Please note, the new RPR Mobile app will no longer function on tablet devices. Tablet users should begin using the RPR website on their desktop, laptop, or phone, which offer a responsive design.

This month’s top ‘Sold Over List’ data showcases the largest differences between list prices and sold prices for single-family residential properties from August 2022 for properties that RMLS tracks.

Below are two ‘Top 5’ charts, one for properties listed under $1.5 million, and one for properties listed for over $1.5 million.
