No matter what stage of their career your team is in, something might knock them off track, and they need a course correction. This framework is the best way to have that honest, empathetic conversation while still holding them accountable.
If you're looking for more ways to facilitate those types of conversations outside of just course correction or resolving conflict, you may want to try the Triad Call method. I swear by it!
