The Agriculture Reserve Workshop meeting has been continued to October 26, 2021

Commissioner Maria Sachs will be attending on-site visits with local farmers and communities to discuss plans for future development in the Ag Reserve prior to this workshop meeting.

Dunkin Ribbon Cutting Ceremony in Delray Beach

Commissioner Maria Sachs was proud to "cut the ribbon" on a new Dunkin' Donuts located on the corner of Lyons Road and Atlantic Avenue.

Flanked by community leaders, Sheriff's Deputies, and a representative from the Boys and Girls Club, the ribbon was cut and free coffee and donuts were served.

In recognition of Dunkin's community ties, the new Manager presented a check for $1,000 to the Boys and Girls Club of Palm Beach County. This will be a good spot to drive thru and savor some of their signature coffees on your way to the Turnpike.

Commissioner Sachs is Featured Speaker at the Rotary Club Downtown Boca Raton

Commissioner Sachs was invited to present a PowerPoint history presentation of the Agricultural Reserve by longtime Rotarian Arlene Herson.

Many of those in attendance remember when this area was first created and were very interested in how it has developed over the years. Dedicated to service, the Rotarians are eager to participate in growing a vibrant community in the Ag. Reserve. The Commissioner was awarded a plaque as an official guest speaker of the Rotary Club Downtown Boca Raton.
