Learn about natural disasters at this hands-on STEM program. We'll simulate a volcanic eruption, a hurricane, and an earthquake, and talk about the types of structures that can best survive these terrifying events.

Coder Dojo Myron Snelson will help rookie coders, AKA Ninjas, get started using a visual programming language called "Scratch." It's a fun language for learning the concepts of programming.

At the same time during this event, more experienced Ninjas are invited to work on projects using any languages and tools they wish.
