Greetings!

The Glen Ellyn Chamber office has reopened in the beginning of August. Our office hours are Monday - Thursday 9am - 4pm. In a time of our new normal, the Chamber is becoming creative in how to support our members in these uncertain times.

Our Chamber is offering a variety of programs and events. They include virtual meetings via Zoom and in person with social distancing, a Restaurant Week in September, a Community Shred Day, support to local business programs, chamber services and more!

Sherry Quam Taylor has been teaching nonprofits of all sizes to become less dependent on government, program, foundation, and event revenue AND how to start securing larger donations from individual donors.
Glen Ellyn Non-Profit Connection Virtual Meeting
Presentor: Sherry Quam Taylor, CEO of QuamTaylor LLC

Sherry's presentation, "HOW TO Become Less Dependent on Government, Program, or Event Revenue (and Grow Individual Donations)" is a crucial topic as we push ahead into a different world. Funding through diverse revenue sources is the name of the game - but if you're not prioritizing mid- and major-level individuals, you're leaving money on the table. She'll share what you SHOULD be doing right now to build a stronger funding future for your organization. And she'll also share what organizations were doing right in 2019 that kept their funding super strong through the challenges of 2020. But, most of all you'll leave encouraged and more confident in your path to securing larger gifts from individuals. For more information on Sherry visit: www.QuamTaylor.com
