Popins Pilot

During July, MCAofGA and Popins, the world leader in photo-realistic holograms, ran a pilot program to test the viability of bringing 3D technology to high school athletics.

The pilot focused on

  1. Creating a new recruitment tool for SAs,
  2. Enabling school athletic programs to enhance fan engagement and
  3. Taking traditional team photos to the next level.

During the program, Popins filmed SAs at seven Georgia schools – Charles Drew, Douglass-Atlanta, Salem, Spencer, Valdosta, B.E.S.T./CSKYWLA, and Heard County – creating hundreds of individual holograms. MCAofGA members and their SAs love them!

Now, Popins is offering this technology at an affordable price.
