We’re getting exciting for this year’s New Balance Falmouth Road Race At Home Edition which starts THIS Saturday, August 15! This is CCYP’s second year participating in the Falmouth Road Race's "Numbers for Nonprofits" program and we are thrilled to be part of the event again.

This year, runners will take on their 7-mile race from home during the week-long period of August 15 to August 22. Each one of our seven Team CCYP runners has been fundraising like crazy to support CCYP's year-round efforts to attract and keep young workers on the Cape through community-building and networking, civic engagement education, and career advancement opportunities. They all have their unique reasons for running, and we've been spotlighting them through our social media the last few weeks. Read up on our runners and make a donation in any amount to cheer them on in this year's Road Race! Thanks to Team CCYP for helping to keep Cape Cod a vibrant place to live and work for young professionals, year-round!

Did you know young adults are considered a "hard to count" population for the Census? Be sure to take 10 minutes to do YOUR part and respond to the 2020 Census before September 30!

Make Cape Cod count and ensure that our community has access to adequate political representation, funding for infrastructure and emergency services, and other essential resources for the next 10 years.

Since May, CCYP has been working collaboratively with a fantastic team of licensed, professional coaches to offer a FREE one-to-one coaching service for our members. This pilot program, called Laser-Focused Coaching, has already helped dozens of young workers on the Cape talk through their goals and next steps during what is unquestionably a challenging time, with the aim of maximizing their personal and professional potential on the Cape.

Now, we're setting our sights on a NEW group coaching format to continue meeting the ever-evolving needs of our young professional community as we all navigate changing business dynamics, difficult individual decisions, and the many other challenges the COVID-19 pandemic has presented.

Group coaching sessions will be inter-disciplinary, small-group discussion sessions, facilitated by a licensed, professional coach and centered on a particular topic of interest to our community. Stay tuned for more as we're looking to roll out our first group coaching sessions in September!

Have you set up your 30-minute coaching session yet? Sessions are FREE for CCYP members (max of 3 sessions per person), and available to non-members for a suggested donation of just $5 per session.
Be part of the movement that's shaping Cape Cod's future!

If you haven't joined CCYP as a member yet, what are you waiting for?! Cape Cod Young Professionals - or CCYP - is one of the Cape's leading nonprofit organizations, connecting our region's young workforce with local employers, community-building and networking opportunities, and resources to advance, personally and professionally, on Cape Cod.

For young workers, CCYP provides a venue for connecting with other young people on Cape Cod, resources to find your next job opportunity on the Cape, and research and advocacy on the issues that matter most to you - like jobs, housing, and child care.

For local employers, CCYP offers a variety of benefits as well, including unlimited postings to our Online Job Board, which connects job seekers with local employers through a searchable online portal geared specifically toward Cape Cod’s young workforce.
CCYP's Board of Directors serves an integral role in the work of CCYP. Board Members donate their time to further the mission and work of CCYP - and, in the process, form lifelong connections with fellow young professionals while advancing their own personal and professional goals.
