Tampa International Airport unveils 20-year Master Plan

Tampa International Airport officials unveiled the vision for the next two decades to support a growing number of travelers. The master plan — a road map the airport is required to put together for the FAA every 10 years — includes expanding the baggage claim area, modernizing the ticketing floor, adding electric air taxi service and potentially building a new terminal. Contest is open to all residents, businesses, or fun-seekers in Westshore and the winner will be announced on World Photography Day, August 19th. Enter for a chance to win prizes and have your photo posted across our social media accounts!

Rules to play:

📷 Your photo must be taken in the Westshore District showcasing the community’s hidden gems. From a photo of your favorite underrated restaurant to a secret spot to watch the sunset on the bay, all photos are welcome.

📷 Submissions must be in by Thursday, August 17 at 5 pm to be eligible to win.

📷 Submitting your photo permits its use in the District’s marketing materials.

📷 Multiple submissions welcome!

Mark Your Calendar: World Car Free Day

World Car Free day is taking place on Saturday, September 23^rd 2023, and the Westshore Alliance is excited to take part in this citywide event. Come join us at Midtown Tampa from 9:30am-2pm for family friendly activities, bike raffles, and more. We have sponsorship opportunities available.
