The Executive Director

We are truly grateful to you for making our work possible with your generous support. In the last year, we served more than 3,200 single adults and families who have been challenged with disabilities, homelessness, and/or poverty, and we know that we could not do this without your help. We'd like to share our Fiscal Year 2020 Annual Report with you and hope you enjoy learning more about the extraordinary programs and services we offer and the progress we made in advancing our mission.

We look forward to sharing more our of successes and growth in the coming year. Thank you again for your ongoing support.

Youth Shine
At Bayaud

Bayaud's Career Center has three new faces. Evan, Willian, and Noel came to us through the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation for work adjustment training. They are diligent workers and enjoy getting to know the other team members and learning new skills. All three are working on dental kit assembly, training in custodial work, and helping out in the Food Pantry.

Evan, who was working at ARC Thrift before COVID-19, is excited to part of a team again. "It's the best part! And I'm learning my capacity with new jobs."

Willian and Noel will be returning to high school this fall, eager to explore their future career options.

"It’s really special to be a part of someone’s work experience at such a young age," said Jessmine Anderson, Career Center Manager.

Shredding is considered an essential service and Bayaud has continued to provide this much needed service to customers during this pandemic. Our drivers and employees practice appropriate safeguards while serving customers. We can pick up confidential material from your business or home and Bayaud is still accepting drop off shredding during our regular drop off hours. We even shred hard drives from your PC or laptop. If you have been taking advantage of this time to catch up on cleaning up your office files or paperwork you need to purge at your home, give Bayaud a call at 303-830-6885.
