Meet Our Members: Magda
Meet our Member Magda! Magda is the owner of O.N.A. a women's clothing shop in Prospect Heights. She was referred to Brooklyn Coop by a fellow business owner and member of the credit union. In 2014, Magda was eager to grow her business but needed to pay off existing business debt. She came to us for a small loan that enabled her to consolidate her debt and focus on growing sales. Next, she wants to develop her own line of limited garments for the shop. Over the last 5 years, Magda has maintained a strong relationship with us and even has encouraged her family to join Brooklyn Coop. Magda's advice: Work hard and show up every day!

From the Blog: Case by Case
This month's blog discusses some of the innovations that Grow Brooklyn and Brooklyn Coop have developed in order to meet members where they are at to protect and build wealth in our communities.
