We're moving, and we can't wait for you to see your new Happy Place! We are working hard throughout the month to turn this beautiful space into your new home-away-from-home. Be sure to keep a close eye on the Journey of Life facebook page for updates and sneak peaks throughout the month!
Want details? The new Studio is located at 613 Jefferson St. here in Lake Mills, and is only seven blocks away from our current space. The Studio will be closed from August 28th-September 5th for moving and the Labor Day holiday weekend. We will officially open on Tuesday, September 6th! BUT, you can join us for Sneak Peek Night on Thursday, September 1st for free classes and munchies to celebrate the move. The schedule for Sneak Peek night will be determined shortly, so be sure to stay in the loop!

Healing Services with Wendy Steve
Rest assured, Wendy WILL be joining us in our new Studio space! She will, however, be taking two vacations in the next two months, so appointment times are limited. Be sure to book yours TODAY! Wendy will be available September 12th - 21st, and then will be back again after October 4th.

As instructors, our learning never stops! We are continuously researching new ideas and taking courses to be inspired, improve our teaching abilities, and create the most effective and innovative classes for YOU.
Just a few weeks ago, Erica had the opportunity to travel to Orlando for the ZUMBA
® Instructor Convention. She spent two days getting licensed to teach a new format, Zumbini
®, which is a music and movement program created by Zumba® for children ages 0-3 and their caregivers. Stay tuned for a new Zumbini® session coming to JoL this fall!!
Erica also took sessions in "flavors" such as bachata, flamenco, tropical urban, lambazouk, and hip hop. She is looking forward to sharing new choreo and rhythms with you over the coming months! More than anything, Erica found inspiration amongst 7,000 other instructors. She feels truly blessed to teach this amazing format for an even more amazing "family" at JoL!

Baby Bistro

Baby Bistro is
a weekly gathering for moms/parents with babies one year and younger to meet other parents, and get your parenting questions answered. Each week, we address a topic. This group is led by Emily Klein of Bump Day Doula Services and meets on Tuesday mornings from 10:30am-noon. Your first group is free! Register HERE.
