Energy Saver Home Loan Program

Last year, Cape Light Compact launched the Energy Saver Home Loan Program (ESHLP) in partnership with MassHousing and the Massachusetts Community Climate Bank (MCCB). Through this program, qualified customers can receive low-interest loans to make energy efficiency upgrades to their home, including heat pumps for heating and cooling, heat pump water heaters, weatherization, and solar (when combined with other upgrades).

Recently, MCCB updated its income limits for the program. If you did not qualify in the past, you may now qualify under the new income limits. This program only considers the incomes of the residents listed on the deed.

His presentation will set the stage for a timely and hopeful conversation about how we can protect our region from the growing impacts of climate change.

Jake will be joined by Paul Niedzwiecki (CEO, Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce) and Dan Wolf (Former State Senator, Founder, Cape Air) representing the Cape Cod Climate Change Collaborative for a panel discussion focused on local solutions, community action, and the criticality of adapting and building resilience.
