Building on the success of the award winning renovation of the Henry Buhl Library project, Grove City College is reuniting with Landau Building Company as they embark on the transformation of the historic Rockwell Hall of Science. As Construction Manager, Landau will oversee the complete renovation of the 4-story, 52,000 SF building, preserving its iconic exterior facade while creating modern classrooms, cutting-edge laboratories, functional offices, vibrant common areas and collaboration spaces. In partnership with SmithGroup Architects, the project includes major MEP infrastructure upgrades and the new construction of a 3-story, 14,000 SF connector, bridging the college's oldest academic building with its latest, STEM Hall. Adding to the excitement, the Breen Student Union building is undergoing renovations to accommodate a new Chick-fil-A. Stay tuned for more updates as these projects progress.

Landau is nearing completion of the interior fit-out for the Mezzanine at RIDC's Mill 19. The upcoming collaborative space will be used by robotics teams specializing in manufacturing systems.

Landau has completed the upgrades to the bathrooms in Vickroy Hall's 4th-floor dormitory suites at Duquesne University, while renovations to the 1st Floor Administration Building are currently underway and nearing completion.

Construction is underway for the new WVU Medicine Outpatient Rehabilitation Center at the University Town Centre in Morgantown, WV. As General Contractor, Landau is overseeing the two-story, 60,000 SF addition that will seamlessly integrate with the existing three-story building. |

Fairmont State University students recently joined us for a project tour of the Skilled Nursing Unit renovation at Fairmont Medical Center. The OSHA class had the unique opportunity to engage with Landau’s project team, alongside the demolition contractor Reclaim, and WVUM’s Planning, Design & Construction team. This immersive experience allowed the students to connect their classroom learning materials to real-world industry applications, as they explored an active construction site and gained valuable insights and first-hand exposure to the challenges and intricacies of the field.
