Healthy Eating Group
Starts Aug. 29
Many of us have just began exercising or have been working out for awhile, but struggle to stick to a healthy diet that we can maintain. This healthy eating program will provide tips to make healthy eating easier, cover meal prepping & planning, and provide guidance and accountability.
Group sessions are about 45 mins each and meet 1X per week for 4 weeks. The cost is $60.00 to participate,

"Variety Pack" for September:
Wednesday 8:35AM Variety Pack class will be
"Recess" for the entire month of September with Tara!
Do you remember when exercise was play? Rediscover joy in movement with a recess-inspired class. Designed for the fit and not-so-fit alike, we use camaraderie, teamwork, and laughter to motivate us through 1 hour of effective total-body training.
First class is Wednesday, Sept. 7th!
Coming Soon: Cardio Kickboxing
Coming to Progress Fitness Center this September, we are currently in the process of transforming one of our large office spaces into the ultimate cardio kickboxing experience.
Equipped with speed bags, heavy bags, punching bags, and more. Small group classes will be held and members can use the room whenever it is available.

Labor Day & Club Hours
The club is open 7am-2pm all three days. NO junior gym and NO group fitness classes.
The club will also return to its regular hours:
Mon - Thurs 5:00am-10:00pm
Friday 5:00am- 8:00pm
Sat & Sun 7:00am- 7:00pm
The Zesty Turkey Skillet
93% lean ground turkey (3 lbs)
Mushrooms, quartered (1/2 lb)
Roma tomatoes, diced (4)
Green onion, finely chopped (1 bunch)
5 cloves of garlic, smashed & minced
Cilantro roughly chopped (1 bunch)
Red pepper flakes, salt & pepper
Directions: (Makes 4-5 servings)
Heat a large, nonstick skillet on the stove on medium-high heat. Preferably, choose a skillet that's about 1-2 inches deep and has a lid.
Brown the turkey in the skillet until a light crust forms on the bottom.
While the turkey is still slightly pink, add in the garlic and red pepper flakes. Continue to brown the turkey.
Add in fresh veggies. Start with the mushrooms, since they have a longer cook time. Save the cilantro and scallions for the end. Add salt and pepper.
Once your turkey is done cooking, add in the remaining ingredients. Allow the skillet to cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Taste, adding more seasoning if needed. Cover and reduce heat, letting everything simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Drain off the liquid to cut a few grams of extra fat, or stir and enjoy the added flavor. Serve on top of brown or jasmine rice.
