Urban Systems' President, Alison Catarella Michel, Vice -President, Nicole Stewart, and Proposal Coordinator, Makala Henry traveled to Mississippi Department of Transportation headquarters on Wednesday, July 26th to host an interactive lunch and learn with the WTS advancing women, advancing transportation. Ms. Michel began with a captivating presentation about ways to cultivate the full potential of women engineers followed by Ms. Henry's introduction into the interactive team communication exercise.
