Reach-Connect-Grow-Serve

We see a welcoming family, living the Gospel of Grace. We see a family where people can safely seek, question, and be revived.  We see a family energized by the Spirit alive in our midst.

"Your unfailing love, O Lord, is as vast as the heavens; Your faithfulness reaches beyond the clouds.
Your righteousness is like the mighty mountains, your justice like the ocean depths."

Noisy Offering
jar_coin.jpg

Once a month after the Children's Message, the youth will have a "noisy offering." They will pass a container to collect coins (or bills) from the congregation. Our Youth will use this offering to "buy" gifts (Doctor appointment, piglet, chicks, etc.) thru the ELCA Good Gift Program. Watch for the next noisy offering, and please give generously! Collected to date: $820.53.
Needs for the ELCA

For the month of August the ELCA has asked us to collect sweatshirts. These can be all sizes and can be placed in the collection basket in the Narthex. All donations are very appreciated!

Love is Love

On Saturday July 15, Spirit Alive participated in the Kenosha Pride Parade to show our love for all! Thanks to all that were able to attend, and special thanks to Jenni DeVore for organizing our team. We handed out water bottles with Spirit Alive cards on them. It was a wonderful day to share the love of Christ with our community.
