The Great Membership Upgrade
|
|
Yvonne and Diana have been working very hard in the Membership department over the past two months upgrading to a new database! This new software will allow us to process credit cards more efficiently, use email for more of our communication (saving money!) and have a streamlined new web-portal for donations (launching soon!).
We're going through some growing pains while learning the new software and making sure all our data converted correctly, and here's what you can do to help us out over the next few weeks:
- If you notice anything odd with your account, or get a renewal notice when you shouldn't have, please get in touch with us right away so we can make a correction.
- Your WBJC membership account numbers will change, so please make note of that when you get your first piece of snail-mail. Not many of you use your account numbers, but just know they will be different from here on out if you refer to them when you contact us.
- Please take a moment to update your profile on the email list by clicking the link at the very bottom of this email (in the footer). These accounts will soon be merged with your Membership record and it will help us match them up faster!
Thank you so much for your patience and your understanding!

Getting a new car? “Don’t trade it, donate it!”
Before you head to the dealer, plan on donating your older vehicle to WBJC. Usually the value you'll receive for your donation will meet or exceed what the dealer will offer you as a trade-in and is fully tax-deductible.
