BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING (BIM)
Carlisle has seen a steady increase of interest in Building Information Modeling (BIM) by the design community. Carlisle is pleased to announce the first phase in a series of BIM model launches to support the design and construction industries.

This first phase focuses on a variety of common Carlisle roofing assemblies and allows users to model various configurations and quickly access product and specification information directly from the model.

25/30- YEAR DETAILS COLLECTIONS
We've created two collections that incorporate Carlisle's 25- and 30- year details for the thermoplastic and EPDM roofing systems.

If you would like a customized submittal, detail collection, or product literature collection, please contact Susan Deaton.
FLEXIBLE FAST SUPPLY UPDATE
Carlisle SynTec Systems is pleased to announce that due to capacity improvements, Flexible FAST Adhesive supply has returned to normal. Due to the improved availability of Flexible FAST Adhesives, the use of non-Carlisle branded low-rise adhesives in warranted systems will no longer be allowed. Effective August 8, 2022, the use of Carlisle-branded low-rise adhesives will be required for all warranted membrane and insulation attachments.

A Permanent Hazard Warning for Your Roof
Any time someone steps onto a roof, there is risk involved. With the maintenance needed for rooftop mechanical units, building components, and routine jobs such as cleaning drains and gutters, the people completing the tasks are always at risk. Whether the work is performed by in-house personnel or a service contractor, building owners must consider these dangers and the impact they can have on insurance costs and the liability that goes with building ownership or management. With these risks and liability in mind, building owners and their representatives, including architects and specifiers, must take proper steps to ensure safety for everyone who steps foot on the roof. This can be accomplished by specifying hazard warnings for the roof walkways and perimeters using permanent warning strips.
