Explore the Win/Loss Tile!

The Win/Loss Tile allows users to track won, lost, and unknown quotes based on quote status. Users can filter quotes by quoter, workgroup, ranking, customer, manufacturer, and more!

The Win/Loss Tile features trend arrows to help users identify if the current year's counts are more or less than the previous year's. The tile's detail view also provides pie charts and horizontal bar charts that can be grouped and filtered by various criteria to allow you to dive into and understand your hit rate data from multiple perspectives.

Create O4 Shortcuts for outside sales staff

Users can feature PDF attachments as an O4 Shortcut on the Overview tab of a project in Outside Sales View to allow outside sales staff to access pertinent information, such as a project's fixture schedule.


Creating an O4 shortcut is as simple as uploading a PDF, opening it using the O4 PDF Editor in Legacy OASIS, and saving it as an O4 shortcut. If desired, users can also use the O4 PDF Editor to modify, add, and remove pages in the PDF before saving!

Demystifying the Anonymous Option

The Quote Customer Copy in O4 allows users to print the bill of material by option code. Option codes include Option, Pending Option, Winning Option, Lost Option, and Abandoned Option. So, why does O4 list Anonymous Option?

Anonymous Option is a new term used to classify lines that are not contained within an option code. This is designed to provide flexibility in choosing which items print on the Customer Copy. Even if your quote does not contain an option code, it is still required to select "Anonymous Option" before proceeding.

Review backlogged orders

The Order Transaction Report's Order Backlog report style identifies orders that are not fully paid. The report can be generated based on the order's release date or entry date, and orders can be filtered and grouped by various criteria to help you find exactly what you need!

Stay on track with Reminders

The Reminders feature allows users to send, reply, renew, and acknowledge message reminders. Reminders can be used to remind yourself or other users to call a customer, check for a status update, attend a meeting, and more!

Reminders will appear on the Home page and Calendar page in OASIS. Users will also receive a pop-up window if they are working in OASIS when another user creates a reminder for them!

Do you have peace of mind regarding your OASIS data?


There are three basic OASIS Database Maintenance Tools that can help you manage and maintain your OASIS database:


  • The Automatic Backup Tool automatically creates a nightly backup of OASIS. Backups are used to recover the OASIS database in the event the server fails.


  • The Validation Tool verifies and ensures the integrity of the OASIS database tables and its contents. Validations are recommended quarterly.


  • The Archive Tool exports historical data from the database to a specific location on a hard drive and frees up space within the database. This can help prevent the hard drive from reaching capacity and causing the OASIS service to stop unexpectedly. Note that archiving will not shrink the database file size itself.
