Hey RPM & Zen fam!

I’m so excited to officially take the reigns as the new owner under Good Vibes Only! This space means so much to me—and now it’s a true family affair. My husband, Justin, is just as passionate and you’ll see him around the studio (and in class!) bringing great energy and support.



We’re all about keeping the heart of RPM & Zen strong while adding fresh vibes, fun updates, and new events and ways to connect. Can’t wait to keep growing this amazing community with you—one good vibe at a time! 💛

It’s First Friday and you’re invited!


Join us for an evening of movement, music, and community at both RPM & Zen studios on August 1st! Kick things off with FREE high-energy, team-taught classes. Feel the Power: Kickboxing Q&A with Marilyn!


We’re bringing the heat to the schedule with a brand-new Cardio Kickboxing class—led by the one and only Marilyn Rehmer! Whether you’re a total beginner or love a challenge, get ready to punch, kick, and sweat it out and leave feeling empowered!


How did you get into cardio kickboxing?

I used to do Tae Bo with Billy Blanks with my Mom in our family room when I was younger. We would have so much fun punching and kicking together. I got to meet Billy at the 2022 IDEA World Fitness Conference in Las Vegas and take a master class with him. It was such a great experience. 



Cardio Kickboxing was one of the first classes I took after having my first born when we lived in the city. I left that class feeling empowered, accomplished and ready for anything - which was the best feeling as a new Mom.💥


What should we expect during class?

Expect a full-of-fun-energy cardio class that seems to fly by! You can do the entire class taking either low impact or higher impact options for every move. We will do a lot of repetitions with each movement so all participants will feel confident and empowered while taking the class. 


Do we need kickboxing experience?

No prior experience necessary - these moves are easy to follow and fun to do! Just come to class with great energy and ready to feel like a baddie!

You Gotta Keep Your Head Up!


Hunching over, dropping your head and looking down while cycling can strain your neck and upper back (and your breathing), collapse your posture, and limit core engagement. Keeping your head up helps maintain proper alignment from head to hips, leading to a stronger, more comfortable and effective ride.


Tips to help:

  • Pick a focal point in front of you to help keep your gaze forward
  • Check your posture every few minutes: shoulders back, spine long, and chin in line with your chest
  • Engage your core—it supports better upper body control so you’re not dumping weight into your handlebars
  • Use the mirror to check if your head is dropping
  • Cue yourself: “Chest open, eyes forward” or “Ride proud” as a mental reminder
