Why Families Choose AZA

Each quarter, AZA United sends out a survey to client families of the various services we offer asking questions about the quality of care we provide. We always appreciate input from our clients and families because we understand how important it is for us to continually improve upon our services in response to real needs and challenges faced by our community.

From these surveys, we are able to identify some common themes. In our most recent parent feedback report, parents commended AZA staff's friendliness, responsiveness, encouraging parental involvement, and providing individualized supports. Parents also praised our staff's extraordinary ability to go above and beyond for their clients and their compassion for families when met with a difficult situation. These qualities align well with our values to Be of Service and Bring People Together, and we will continue to explore new and better ways to bring these experiences to every family we serve. Thank you to all parents who participated in our survey!
