IN Residents: Assistance for Dental Services

Our Oral Health Fund provides financial assistance to Indiana residents living with rare or chronic conditions who need help paying for dental/oral care services such as:

Dental Cleanings
X-Rays
Cavity Fillings
Root Canal and More

Patients who qualify may receive up to $650 for dental/oral expenses and up to $100 for travel expenses related to oral care needs and treatment.
