MN State Fair Fitness Fair Challenge

Rack up points by attending group exercise classes, completing a personal training session or exercising independently for 20 minutes.

The person with the most points will win state fair tickets for their family (up to 4). The individuals with the second and third most points will win a state fair ticket book.

Registration is open through July 29. Racking up poins begin August 1 and lasts through August 19

National Breastfeeding Month

On August 6, 2011, the U.S. Breastfeeding Committee (USBC) officially declared that August is National Breastfeeding Month. The 2022 theme is Together We Do Great Things.

Interesting facts:

1. Public Breastfeeding: All 50 states have laws that specifically allow women to breastfeed in any public or private location. This became a law in 2018 with Idaho and Utah being the last states to legalize breastfeeding in public.

2. Breastfeeding in the Workplace: 32 states, including Minnesota, have laws related to breastfeeding in the workplace.

NEW! In-Person Classes

Check out the new in-person group exercise schedule for the months of July and August. A couple early morning classes were added; and with classes ranging from tabata to mobility, there's something for everyone!

All classes are for all fitness levels. There will be multiple variations shown with ways to increase or decrease intensity based on your individual goals and needs. Registration is not required!
