Say Hello to Jellison CPA's New Office Manager!

Kim Dziobak

Kim graduated from Central Michigan University with a degree in Psychology. She has since worked in a variety of settings including a non-profit, a small business, and two trade schools. Kim has an outgoing personality with a strong work ethic. Her objective as the Office Manager is to support the Jellison team in meeting their goals and expectations while providing clients with exemplary customer service.

Kim is a wife and mom of three “adults”. Now that her kids are grown and she isn’t shuttling them around to their activities, she has more time to go on family adventures, and crossing things off their long bucket list. Kim also enjoys reading, crafting, gardening, and being at the beach.

IRS Notices Sent in Error

The IRS announced that they've sent incorrect balance due notices to married couples for 2021 tax returns. Some tax payments made with 2021 tax returns have been incorrectly applied by the IRS, prompting the erroneous notices.

If you've paid your taxes in full and believe that the notice was sent in error, you do not need to respond at this time. If you have access to your IRS account, you can log in to confirm that your payment is reflected on your account. Otherwise, if you'd like us to review the notice to confirm no action is needed, please feel free to provide us with a copy.

The IRS is researching the issue, and we will keep you posted with updates.

Tax Projections

Is your year going as planned? Have you experienced significant changes that may impact your tax situation? Are you concerned that you may owe with your 2022 tax return? If so, a tax projection may be especially helpful this year.

If you think you'd benefit from a tax projection, please get in touch with Kim at [email protected]
