August Workshops
Drop in and deeply embrace your true self. Burrow beneath the layers where we hold beliefs, the stories about who we are, the side of us who can't stop for all the running

This workshop is a practice of radically accepting all of ourselves and allowing the experience of acceptance to be felt on a physical level. We will be using restorative poses, somatic sensing and visualization, guided meditation and reiki energy healing.

You can register for Joanne's workshop  here. The cost is $40.
The days are longer, the nights warmer, and it is the perfect time to come together and enjoy how Yoga supports and nourishes our lives.

Based on the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, we explore some basic teachings that open us up to enriching our spiritual path while assisting us to see what is helpful and what is not.

The class is designed to include the entire community; no previous scripture experience necessary.

As Ram Dass so eloquently put it,  “We are all just walking each other home.”  Take time this August to experience the joy of "walking each other home" on the spiritual path. You can register for Beth's class here . The cost is $30.
