JaCarlos joins the EngageAR staff as an AmeriCorps Program Officer. He brings over 8 years of experience with AmeriCorps, both as an AmeriCorps Alum and former staff member of City Year Little Rock. We are thrilled to welcome him to the team!

Grant Agreements Due
Grant agreements are due to EngageAR by August 19, 2021. Please return the agreements to Engage.AR@adhe.edu. If you have any questions about the grant agreements. Please contact Kim Reed. 
Set up your 21-22 OnCorps Account

Current Programs: You will want to Copy your program records to the 21-22 Program Year. See the "Program Director Copy Program Records Tutorial" on the OnCorps Help page.

New Programs: Your Program Officer will send you your login information soon.
2020-2021 Final Invoice
Please remember to mark your 2020 – 2021 final invoice, “FINAL”.  If you have any questions regarding the calculation of the Commission Fixed Amount, please contact your Program Officer. The formula for calculation of the Commission Fixed Amount is: ((Federal Dollars Expended x .0526) x .4). Your Program Officer will send you an invoice to request payment.

2021-2022 Finances
Reimbursement: Direct Deposit or Check?
If your organization would like to receive reimbursement by direct deposit/EFT, please send your Program Officer an email with a scan of a voided check that shows the routing number and bank account number. If you are a returning program currently receiving direct deposit, and you wish to continue receiving payment by direct deposit, there is nothing additional for you to do.
