White Rock Road Is Open for Business
Last month, White Rock Road was reopened from Luyung Drive to approximately one mile east. This stretch of road was closed for an extended period while key project improvements were being made, including widening the road from two to four travel lanes, and adding new bike lanes, a landscaped median and drainage facilities. Storm Drain Repair and American River Parkway Closure
The City of Rancho Cordova is repairing a storm drain outfall along the American River Parkway located near the Ambassador Park Drive entrance. As part of project construction, the American River Parkway Trail will be closed from the El Manto entrance to the Sunriver Park entrance for two months beginning August 29, 2022. Learn more.

Mills Ranch and Rossmoor Neighborhood Street Rehabilitation
The city is rehabilitating streets within the Mills Ranch and Rossmoor neighborhoods to extend pavement life, improve rideability, and repair the current infrastructure. Project enhancements will include resurfaced roadways, ADA-compliant curb ramps, repaired curbs, gutters and sidewalks, upgraded drainage infrastructure, and high-visibility markings on the roadway.
