Happy August, Casper,

Thank you to everyone who came out to our Annual Member Golf Tournament last Friday. It was a pleasure hitting the green and playing hookie from the office with you. The Tournament is always a highlight of my summer, and it wouldn't be memorable without our incredible members. A special congratulations to:



• Platte Valley Bank on winning the tournament
• Tommy Russel who got a hole in one
• & Jordan Malm for winning the Long Drive Contest

As we head into the tail end of summer, our team continues to not only pursue opportunities to promote relocation, but to expand our current business landscape. With that, congratulations to our Casper Start-Up Challenge finalists! We are beyond impressed with the business concepts and bright entrepreneurs competing this year, and are looking forward to watching your ideas take shape at the Final Pitch Night on September 5th @ 5:30pm at Frontier Brewing.

The Final Pitch Night event is open to the public. Please: come on down, pour up a cold one, grab a bite from The Hangry Dog, and cheer on our Start-Up finalists as they compete for the title. Advance Casper is business driven yet community inspired, and your support means everything.

Finally, a warm welcome to all Casper College students who are starting class on August 19th. All of us here in our office are wishing you a thriving year full of endless opportunity!

Beartrap Summer Festival | August 3rd & 4th

Casper's favorite music festival is down from the mountain this year, and we can't wait to spend our weekend at Beartrap Summer Festival August 3rd & 4th. Gather friends and family and come on down to Washington Park for food, vendors, and an iconic lineup featuring artists such as: Patti Fiasco, Jalan Crossland, Jake Clayton, and John Kirlin & The High Plain Drifters. Tickets are available for purchase in advance online or at the door. See you there!

5150' Festival | August 17th @ 2pm - 10pm

A celebration of all things Casper, the 5150’ Festival showcases: local makers and creators, shopping with Casper-based vendors, great food, live music and activities all day for the whole family. The 5150’ Festival takes place at David Street Station in downtown Casper every August.
