Piloting of the new QuickBooks API integration is going great, and we are expanding our pilot group. 

After all the requirements are in place, you’ve selected your Sales Summary date range, and you’ve confirmed you want to “Export Per Day” (and Per Store if you are a Head Office user), press Export and just sit back and watch the progress fly by as Smart Vendor creates the Journal Entries for you directly in your QuickBooks Online account! QBO users no longer need a subscription for a middleware component to transform the data and pass the Smart Vendor file export to QBO.

Filter for a number of popular date ranges: Last 7 days, Last 4 Weeks, Last 24 Months, YTD/PYTD, Total To Date.

If you are live selling in Smart Vendor and want to export your Sales Summary values into a file that can be imported by your Accounting Software (Sage 50, QuickBooks Desktop, Acomba or Acomba X) this Webinar will help you learn some key setup details.
