Seeking Urban Gardens & Gardeners

Do you have an urban garden? Organizers of the 1st Annual Urban Gardens Day are looking for folks to host "open gardens" on Saturday, September 17!

Community and school gardens have been a force combatting food insecurity for many years, but are not well known by many who could benefit from becoming urban gardeners themselves. Urban Gardens Day will introduce and make visible your work, the benefits of gardening as a valuable food source, and hopefully inspire others to join the movement!
