Help us spread awareness this October!

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, a time dedicated to raising awareness about the impact of domestic violence and promoting resources for those affected. It's a moment to stand in solidarity with survivors, educate our communities, and advocate for change.

We encourage community partners and members to help spread awareness by posting flyers and displaying resources at their offices, stores and centers. Please email Michaela at mestes@thesecondstep.org if you would like to participate or learn more about how to be an ally this October.

View our Newton Free Library - Domestic Violence Awareness Display starting on October 1st.

Visit us at the Newton Harvest Fair on October 20th!
