Becoming/ En Proceso

Our synod's theme is Becoming.../En Proceso... In his letter to the Philippians, St. Paul writes, "I am confident of this, that the one who began a good work in you will continue to complete it until the day of Jesus Christ." (Phil 1:6)

Martin Luther writes: “This Life therefore is not righteousness, but growth in righteousness; not health, but healing; not being, but becoming; not rest, but exercise. We are not yet what we shall be…” (Defense and Explanation of All the Articles)

Faith is a continuing process of growth in Christ Jesus. This month's articles are about this journey of becoming, and specifically of Becoming More Connected.
