Interval Training and Your Fitness

HIIT, involves quick bursts of high-effort exercise separated with short periods of recovery exercises, usually lasting no more than 30 minutes. When done correctly, HIIT helps you get your heart rate up and quickly burn fat.

A Sports Physical helps to ensure athletes can safely play in a sports or participate in PE class. Must be 11+ years and parent or guardian must be present.
