5-Year Strategic Plan Update

The Village Board recently adopted the Village of Ashwaubenon's 2026-2031 Strategic Plan. The Strategic Plan serves as a framework for decision-making over the next five years and is the result of a deliberate and disciplined effort to identify priorities and guide the Village's future direction.

The plan was developed through an assessment of the Village's current operations and governance, the collection and analysis of key information, the establishment of goals, and the evaluation of future opportunities and challenges. In addition to outlining strategic priorities, the document highlights the Village's vision, mission, core values, and organizational directives.

The Village of Ashwaubenon is experiencing a period of significant growth and change. Development throughout the community, combined with changes within the organization, has affected the availability of resources. At the same time, evolving service demands and rising community expectations have increased the need for public services. As a result, it is important for the Village Board, staff, committees, and other decision-makers to maintain a shared understanding of priorities and to clearly communicate the Village's strategic direction, objectives, and action steps.
