Washington County COVID-19 Recovery Visit, Sept 10th:
From Recovery to
Renewal and Resilience
The Local Support and Community Action Team of the Governor's Economic Recovery Task Force is launching a series of virtual forums, facilitated by the Vermont Council on Rural Development, in every county across the state to: share challenges and ideas for community recovery; connect to others working to respond, recover, and build long-term resilience; and meet with a “visiting team” of state, federal, business, and non-profit leaders who will share recovery strategies from across the state, and ideas for resources and support. Each forum will consist of a brief opening session, followed by four 90-minute breakout sessions into topics chosen by regional leaders and representatives, and conclude with a short closing session and share out. All are welcome and encouraged to participate; registration is required. For more information about the forum in Washington County, which will be on September 10th, click here. Registration will open within 2 weeks of the forum date. If you need assistance with registration or have questions about the forum or how to join, please contact [email protected] or call 802-223-6091.
