Tell Me More!

Learning, growing, and experimenting through art and music is crucial to a child's early education and it's at the heart of what we do. Join this art & music program for children 18 months to 4 years (with an adult). Children make a new art project weekly, have play time, snack and music & movement. Program is held at the War Memorial Auditorium at Newton City Hall on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.

What a Summer It's Been at The Bowl!

Throughout the summer our community has gathered at the bowl for music, dancing, food and fun. Thanks to all who have come out to enjoy the terrific lineup of artists. Don't miss our final two concerts on Sunday August 7 & 14 at 6pm. Krisanthi and The Love Dogs will be Rockin' the Bowl!

This year the free summer concerts were made possible by our generous sponsors: The Center for Advanced Dental Care, House of Tandoor, Newton Community Pride and The Village Bank.  Thank you!

Did you know that Newton has a local cultural council that receives funding annually from the City of Newton and our state agency the Mass Cultural Council? These funds are distributed to local artists and organizations through grants.   Annually, the council conducts a community survey to ensure the goals of the council align with the needs of the community.  Please take 5 minutes to complete the survey HERE.  Click the box to learn more about joining the council.  If you are ready to make an impact to the Newton arts community, APPLY TODAY!
