The Centre of Newcomers is leading a regional 5-year initiative, the WRAPCAP Program, to standardize and coordinate service delivery for newcomer youth. They are hoping to work with settlement and non-settlement agencies across Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada's (IRCC) PNT Region (Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and the Northwest Territories) to build organizational capacity in the use and implementation of wraparound service delivery for newcomer youth.

The project is looking for youth and organizations interested in putting learning into action! All processes and programs will be informed by the lived experiences of newcomer youth to ensure they feel welcomed and successful in their life in Canada.
