Concerts in the Clouds

Wednesday, August 16 at 6 pm

Great Waters' most important event of our year is on Wednesday, August 16, at 6:00 PM at the Great Waters Tent at Castle in the Clouds. As a non-profit, we rely heavily on proceeds from this fundraiser, which allows us to attract and fund the fantastic programs we are so proud to bring to the communities in and around the Lakes Region.

Our Gala will feature celebrated singer and actress Jessica Vosk, known for her electrifying roles on musical theater and concert stages. Best known for her lead role as Elphaba in Wicked on Broadway, you won’t want to miss a moment of her spectacular performance.

Tickets are sold individually or by table. Purchase tickets & tables by clicking on the button below. Individual seats are $200, the Super Star Table of 8 is $3,500, and the Mega Star Table of 10 for $5,000.

The Gala will include silent and live auction items, live auction baskets, Raise the Paddle, a delicious plated dinner, an open bar, and a spectacular performance by Jessica Vosk capping off our most celebrated evening of the year. Please join us.

The Midtown Men

Stars from the Original Broadway Cast of Jersey Boys

Concerts in the Clouds

Saturday, August 5 at 7:30 pm

As original Broadway’s Jersey Boys cast members, they took the world by storm. From the development of Jersey Boys through their historic three-season run on Broadway, The Midtown Men are doing what they do best together again, bringing to life their favorite sixties hits from The Beatles, The Beach Boys, Motown, The Four Seasons, and more.

Great Waters' Intern Joins in the Band

Jacob Hamel, this summer's Great Waters' intern will be on stage this Saturday with the Midtown Men as one of the horn players. He will be joined by another local talent, Zakk Machemer, both are music majors at UNH. We are so excited to provide this opportunity to play with Broadway talent. Come out and support our talent.

Thursday, August 24 at 7:30 pm

EMPIRE TRIO is a renowned classical crossover ensemble featuring the lush voices of soprano Erin Shields, baritone Adam Cannedy, and pianist & violinist David Shenton. Their show, From Broadway to Hollywood, combines classic show tunes from the most beloved Broadway musicals and the glamorous soundtrack from the Silver Screen with famous songs from the world of film from c.1930 to the present day. Empire Trio combines these show-stopping hits with their own breathtaking and unique arrangements.

“Talkback” with Empire Trio will be an educational treat for all involved. It’s a chance for the audience to ask the artists any questions they may have after the concert.

This concert will offer intimate cabaret seating with beverages at Brewster Academy’s Boathouse, overlooking Wolfeboro Bay.

NOTE: This show is not part of the season tickets package.

Creative Writing Workshop: Writing As Another Way of Seeing - Sunday, August 20 at 1:00 PM

Let nature inspire you and tap into your creative side at this Creative Writing Workshop, led by writer Barbara Bald. All experience levels are welcome!

Watercolor Workshop

Create your own watercolor masterpiece capturing the beautiful views from Castle in the Clouds, led by professional watercolorist Pat Edsall. All materials will be provided, and all experience levels are welcome!

An Iliad at the Castle

Castle in the Clouds is partnering with Advice to the Players to bring you An Iliad, a modern-day retelling of Homer's classic, performed right on the Castle lawn! This is a unique theater experience you won't want to miss!
