We hope you're enjoying your first days of August, whether it's on a beach, in the countryside or still in the office.

Wherever you are, the artworld continues to flourish with many new exhibitions and events and we are particularly proud to mention our friends We R The Nomads who are hosting three events in the course of Marbella ArtWeek.

In Art Matters, we tackle the often contentious but highly relevant issues relating to colonialism. Whilst our Inspiration section focuses on the art of recycling in Senegal.

This month, we have also added two new sections, the first a superb selection of screenings at The Bertha DocHouse Screen in London and the second features two amazing opportunities for artists.

Lastly, thank you as always for reading and sharing our newsletters and for supporting Janet Rady Fine Art. We have a small request - to ask you kindly to send us your thoughts on the gallery. Please see the section below.

Happy holidays from the team at JRFA!

We’d love it if you could leave us a review (through Yell.com). It takes less than two minutes to complete.
Your feedback will help us to improve and make sure we deliver the best possible service for our clients.

SOME INSPIRATION
In northern Senegal, the picturesque city of Saint Louis is full of local art and boutiques. But the Atelier des Femmes is different, not only in that it teaches women of all ages and backgrounds how to sew and crochet, but also that it uses entirely recycled materials to make a wide variety of products. In Saint Louis, Esha Sarai has more.
