Missions Update
Fr. John Lydon, O.S.A., r eports that the construction project of the Colegio San Agustin of Trujillo which is being assisted by the U.S. Provinces is progressing smoothly. The completion date is planned for the first days of December and so far we are ahead of schedule and there have been no set backs!

Adeodatus Ministry
The Adeodatus Ministry school presentation team recently presented at the University of Pennsylvania Catholic Newman Center. The students were very engaged and interested in hearing about the issue of mass incarceration, especially from the Catholic and Augustinian perspective. The presentation is a mixture of general information, practical ways of working for change, and the personal stories of those formerly incarcerated.
Easter Healing Mass at the Shrine
Fr. Michael Sullivan, O.S.A. will preside at the Easter Healing Mass at the National Shrine of Saint Rita of Cascia. Mass is at Noon on Easter Sunday, April 21, and will include anointing with Saint Rita Oil. After Mass, the Saint Rita Novena will be recited. Our hope is in the Lord!

Servant of God Fr. John McKniff, O.S.A., Honor Society for Service
On April 15 at Merrimack College, 31 graduating seniors, 2 faculty members and one community partner will be recognized for the extraordinary ways they have offered their hearts, their time, and their talents to serve those in need through induction into the Fr. John McKniff, O.S.A., Honor Society for Service. Named for the Augustinian Friar who spent his entire life as a missionary in the service of the poor in Cuba and Peru who has been recognized by the Church for his holiness with the title "Servant of God," the first step in the process of being considered for canonization as a saint., this Honor Society was founded in 2017.
Bishop Visits to Malvern Prep
On Wednesday, April 3, 2019, the Augustinian Friars at Malvern Prep welcomed the Most Rev. Timothy C. Senior, Rector and Auxiliary Bishop of Philadelphia, who visited to celebrate Mass and meet the Malvern Community.
