Aurora Chamber of Commerce Newsletter
The mission of the Aurora Chamber of Commerce is to facilitate the growth of 
Aurora area businesses, promote tourism, and invest in programs 
that enhance and enrich the community.  

Spring has arrived! Brilliant sunshine, flowers blooming, birds singing, green grass and baseball!

Have you seen the City of Aurora’s 2019 Parks & Rec mailing? It is full of events for everyone - from sports to summer camp to exercise to senior events! If you would like a copy, stop by the Parks & Rec Office in The Walker Building at 129 W. Pioneer Trail or visit auroraoh.com/Parks-Recreation and view it online.

April will have Easter Egg Hunts and visits from the Easter Bunny at Aurora Farms Premium Outlets, Aurora Manor and Independence Village.

Easter brunch will be served at many Aurora restaurants - The Aurora Inn, Bertram Inn & Conference Center, Mario’s, 1815 Tavern and Thorncreek Winery.

The Chamber held it’s 1 st Annual Bowling Tournament on April 4 th at Rollhouse Solon. It is safe to say that we will all keep our day jobs and not try and go professional- but we had a great time! We will also host a New Member Breakfast on April 10 at Ganley Chevrolet of Aurora. This is for new Chamber members or new employees of existing members to come see what the Chamber is all about.

AWiN (Aurora Women in Networking) will be hosting an after-hours event at The Aurora Inn on April 16 th from 5:30-7:30pm. Jess Joseph from Don Joseph Toyota will be our featured speaker.

April 23 rd will be a fabulous Multi Chamber Networking Event at The Kent State Hotel from 5-7pm. 17 Chambers are participating!

And on April 28 th , The Rotary Club of Aurora presents “A Taste of the Western Reserve” at Signature of Solon from 4-7pm.
