in like a lion, out like a lamb…

Spring Ahead on March 10 and the first day of Spring on March 20!! We will soon be hearing the birds chirping, seeing buds on the trees and the beautiful green grass. SPRING!

So much to see and do in Aurora in the spring - and did you know Aurora is celebrating it’s 220 th Birthday this year??? The birthday celebration banners just went up and many events are being planned.

The Chamber is working on monthly events to help you grow your business. You won’t benefit if you don’t participate! We have morning events, luncheons and after hours - so there should always be a time that is convenient for you. Want to see something different? Please call me at the office and tell me! I am always open to suggestions!

The Awards Committee hosted a Wine Glass Painting event at ThornCreek Winery & Gardens on February 28. We had 44 people attend and raised over $1000.00 for scholarship!

AWiN (Aurora Women in Networking) is hosting an event tomorrow, March 6, at Blended at Aurora Farms Premium Outlets. Remember Show & Tell? That’s what we are planning. Attendees are asked to bring something that represented themselves either at work or home and present it to the group!

Our March luncheon will be held on March 20 at The Aurora Inn. We will be learning about Networking 101 from Bob Willis, Executive Director of BNI of Northeast Ohio.

Lots of stuff always going on! Check out the web site or call the office for more info!
