Auset/Yemaya Meditation/Workshop

How do we learn, make changes, or create new habits? We do this naturally because there is faculty in our spirit responsible for these tasks. It is called Auset (a.k.a. Yemaya in the Ifa tradition). Our spirits have 11 facilities, each responsible for a different talent. Our Ancestors understood we could nurture a certain talent in our spirits during a certain time of the year. This Lunar cycle from December 30th, 2024 - January 28th, 2025, is the time to strengthen the Auset faculty (talent for learning, change, healing, parenting, etc...). Explore the mantra, smells, foods and other spiritual practices to work with your Auset faculty this cycle.

This course will include a meditation. Wear loose clothing..
