This coming Sunday July 26 Australia will hold a National Day of Repentance. Here's the latest from our sister in Christ, Hilary Moroney, in Canberra, the nation's capitol:
Dear Ps Jeff, I apologise for not replying to you earlier, but I’ve been communicating with a number of Prayer leaders eg Ps James Condon, Dave Pellowe, Annie Cathcart, Kym Farnik & Warwick Marsh & Michelle Pearce about their agreement for us all to work together & to get the invitation out across their networks.
Praise the Lord this is a united front for the National Day of Repentance also on sense of priorities & considerations about joining the Australia Repentance Zoom.
There seems to be a deep heart consensus across the different people I’ve sought counsel from, that everyone wants to have a chance to pray & not listen to a presentation or go through slides.
Please forgive our Aussie culture & desire to have the freedom to flow in the Lord’s River together, that’s lead by Holy Spirit in prayer, like we do on Wed mornings, & to not have a set form or program of slides - we’re fairly mature believers - so would you please be willing to flow with us lead by the Holy Spirit & no slides this time please?
Quite a lot of people are interested to join the Zoom on Sunday 26 July at 2pm, if they can, and Michael Wells is willing to start with Worship with an Australian song from an Australian Worshipful song writer; Charlotte Jane, based on 2 Chron 7:14 ‘If my people’……
Also, there is ‘Power in the Blood of Jesus’ - we could sing when we have Communion.
Annie Cathcart agreed with me that your teaching is ‘Gold’ & much needed. We are SO Blessed to be discipled with you weekly & really appreciate your faithfulness & patience with us, thank you.
Annie & I asked the Lord in prayer ’How could we help the wider body of Christ to be discipled in & through this teaching material?
I reminded Annie that we are so blessed to have on our c-hop.org.au website Australia Kneels web pages that Susan & I built with 13 weeks of your videos on Sunday & Daily Short messages for 92 days!
These are an amazing Resource.
Also there are Susan’s Excellent Communion Messages over 13 weeks.
I am praying for a person with time and expertise to develop, multiply pages & simplify these pages so that younger generation people can find information.
Apparently the pages at present are ‘too full of information’??? It’s about Presentation.
Let’s pray for God’s way to see these resource on Repentance & God’s Healing through His Word developed. Then it can be sent out globally even translated into different languages with simple links to pages on topics for discipleship on Repentance & Breakthrough - your legacy multiplied.
