Having compassion for self and others includes having healthy boundaries. We will be exploring why this is important and what gets in the way so that we can live with our heart more fully open to our self and to others.

Mastering Recycling

Open to Hoffman Process graduates & Hoffman Essentials participants 


Recycling is the tool that will move you forward into your “new normal” way of being in all areas of your life. We designed this class to support you in fully integrating recycling into your life. This class will take you through the basics of recycling, build your understanding of how and why recycling works, and inspire you to fully embrace recycling in your life to get the maximum benefit from this transformative tool.

We now offer four Virtual Grad Groups, which are peer led and meet once a month in the following time zones: Pacific, Mountain, Central, and Eastern. The primary purpose of grad groups is for Hoffman Process graduates to do their Hoffman tools work together.
