ORLANDO, Fla. (August 8, 2019) - Author, comedian, motivational speaker and premier George W. Bush impersonator John Morgan appeared as a guest on the influential, internationally broadcast
Huckabee television show during the weekend of August 3-4, 2019, joining a diverse guest list which included U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, Journey lead singer Jonathan Cain, former Navy SEAL and author Remi Adeleke (
Transformed), and author, TV host, and public speaker Rabbi
Shmuley Boteach. Fans can watch Morgan's performance at

Morgan entertained the audience by first appearing briefly, disguised as as President Trump, before revealing his "true" identity as former President George W. Bush. Morgan had the crowd in stitches with his litany of hilarious "Bush-isms," all delivered with respectful fun, then ended his monologue with the admonition, "Whether you are a liberal or a Democrat, a conservative or a Republican, please vote, please pray, please do your best for the good ole' U.S. of A. God bless you!"

Host Mike Huckabee was clearly entertained, as was the studio audience. "I gotta be honest," declared
Huckabee, "I've seen you at times onstage and I thought, 'He's a better Bush than Bush is!"
After his comedy segment, Morgan sat down with Huckabee to talk about his latest book,
War on Fear. "I wrote the book to overcome my own fear," Morgan explained, "and I found it has resonated with a lot of folks. My friend Alan Robertson of
Duck Dynasty wrote the forward to it, and you've (Huckabee) got a little blurb on the back cover as well."
"And it still sold, which is very wonderful--even with my endorsement, they still bought the book!" Huckabee quipped, then grew serious. "And I hope our audience will as well, because I don't know anyone who doesn't go through some issues of fear. Maybe fear of public speaking, or fear of failing or fear of maybe not being liked in the workplace. Whatever that fear is, that's what you address in the book,
War on Fear."
"One of the things that I have loved is that you've been very bold about your personal faith," Huckabee told Morgan. "You've been able to be a strong and bold witness because of the platform God's given you all over the world."
"It's an honor to impersonate President George W. Bush, and to be an articulator of truth," Morgan notes. "But who I am at my core is an impersonator of Jesus Christ. I want to encourage people to be 'all in,' 'cause that's where the good stuff is."

John Morgan is passionate about his latest book, War on Fear (Creation House, an imprint of Charisma Media), and hopes it will help set people free from the fear that permeates our modern world.
"Imagine an army of men and women unafraid to pursue their dreams, obey God and love one another," says Morgan. "One day it dawned on me that fear had kidnapped me, held me captive, and kept me from my heart's desire. I got mad and declared war on fear. Then I looked around and saw chains of fear around my friends and loved ones everywhere. I knew I was called to fight for them, to fight with them. We will fight and win the war on fear."
Featuring a foreword by popular speaker and TV personality Alan Robertson (
Duck Dynasty),
War on Fear has already garnered praise from fans, the media and even the highest levels of the political arena.
"John takes so many of the common things we fear and gives us great help in not only overcoming these enemies, but actually taking them and using them to gain strength and help others," says Robertson. "I can tell you that if you follow John's guide to overcoming fear and put into practice his very practical advice, you will be a more confident and positive person and you will be victorious in your war on fear."
