2019 National TSA Conference.
Please be aware that an
Authorization Form
must be completed by a parent for each TSA member attending the 2019 National TSA Conference. This is in addition to any similar forms that may be required by local school districts or state delegations.
These forms must be maintained by TSA chapter advisors throughout the
2019 National TSA Conference
. If any adult serves in place of a TSA chapter advisor during the conference, they are responsible for maintaining the completed forms.
Forms should
not
be sent to national TSA; however, national TSA may request a copy at any time.
