Auto Enrollment Begins February 1!

Our family is staying at FMS. What do we need to do to re-enroll?

Just complete a quick confirmation form here. Enrollment fees for the upcoming school year will be billed through Brightwheel in mid-February for a class comparable to the one you are enrolled in currently for summer and the upcoming school year. If you would like to change class days/times, please indicate requested changes on the confirmation form here. Through the Auto-Reenrollment process, existing students are automatically re-enrolled on February 1 for the upcoming summer and school year. If you have a change in contact information (phone numbers, address, pick up persons, emergency contacts) please indicate changes on the confirmation form and update your Brightwheel profile.

 

How do I pay the Reenrollment fee?

Enrollment fees will be posted to Brightwheel in mid-February. You may pay via Brightwheel or by cash/check in the church office by February 28. This payment informs FMS that you are committed to having your student(s) enrolled for the next school year. Enrollment fees are non-refundable and secure your student’s enrollment for the upcoming summer and school year. If fees are unpaid after February 28, your spot for the upcoming school year will be forfeited and made available to the general public on March 1.

 

We have a student currently enrolled at FMS but need to enroll a sibling. What is our next step?

Your new student will need an enrollment form filled out the first school year they attend. Enrollment fees will be due for the new student to secure their spot.

 

Our family is unsure about our plans for next year. What should we do?

We have decided to opt out of Auto-Reenrollment. What should we do?

Complete and submit the opt-out form by January 31. Opt out requests received after 1/31/26 will be subject to a $25 change fee.

 

We opted out of Auto-Reenrollment but have changed our minds and want to continue at FMS for the upcoming school year. How do we re-enroll after the deadline?

Contact the Director as soon as possible to let us know that you want to re-enroll. If a spot is still available for your student, we will assist you with completing the enrollment process. Open Enrollment for the general public begins March 1.
