It seems everyone is heated these days. We have no shortage of reasons to be angry or upset. I will not claim to have a cure for this. I do, however, know of some very effective ways to maintain your health...in good times and in bad times.
I do not suggest we push aside our feelings or ignore the stress. Instead, we must recognize what exists. Then, we can take special measures to counteract the negative side affects of worry, anger, fear, and frustration.
In this issue, the Featured Article covers a hot topic today: Autoimmune Disorders. Split into two parts, it looks closely at the need to reduce inflammation now in order to avoid a host of problematic conditions later.
Also, staff member Kerry Mack is featured in the news section, because she does more than assist with patients when they come in to see the doctor. Her service -- massage -- can dramatically reduce the body's inflammatory response to stress.
Finally, for those of you who are truly ready to commit to a healthy lifestyle, we give you the opportunity to hit reset and prepare your digestive system for real nutrition. By joining us for our full system detoxification Cleanse program, you can clear the way for a calm state of mind. By shedding the baggage of health-restrictive, excess fat, you'll have more energy to take on whatever life throws at you. A cleanse will help your immune system protect you instead of fight you, just as it was originally intended.

We can't stop the emotions, but we can prevent the inflammation.
We’re here for you,
